Juvelook combines poly-D,L-lactic acid microspheres with hyaluronic acid. The HA gives an early hydrating effect; the PDLLA is what the treatment is really for — it prompts the dermis to produce its own collagen over the following months. The change is in density and fine texture rather than in contour.
Because the result is built by the skin rather than placed by the syringe, a course is assessed session by session. Placing more product before the previous response is visible is how nodules happen, so it is not done here. Sessions are spaced, reviewed and adjusted.
